The items Caliqo's Quality Beads and Crafts sells are for ADULT use or ADULT SUPERVISED use only. Some of our beads are small and could be dangerous to young children.

MINIMUM ORDER:

$700.00 BULK CASE ORDERS or

$500.00 " A " PACKAGE and/or " Q " PACKAGE ORDERS

TERMS:

NO DISCOUNTS.
PAYPAL ONLY.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If shipment arrives with boxes missing or damaged, note so on bill of landing.
Do not refuse shipment. Contact carrier and request an inspection.

RETURNS:

We only accept returns shipped by our error.
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY:

Caliqo's Quality Beads and Crafts. makes no warranty of any kind expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability for any purpose. Buyer assumes all risk and liability for results obtained by the use of these products whether singly or in combination with other products. The price paid for merchandise shall be our maximum limit of liability. Seller releases, holds harmless and agrees to indemnify Caliqo's Quality Beads and Crafts. from and against any and all other liabilities and claims, including consequential damages.
